We have decided to base our teaser trailer on Hollywood films. This is because we want to create a high concept teaser trailer, unlike British films. We feel that the genre we have chosen fits into Hollywood films and they also tend to be a lot more popular than British films as they have a much larger budget to spend, particularly on the advertising campaign of the film. Most typical Hollywood films use the Classical Narrative System, CGI and special effects and well known stars. We think our teaser trailer will fit well into the studio 20th Century Fox as they typical Hollywood films as they have produced films such as Elektra and X Men which are the same type of genre as what we are thinking of looking at for our own teaser trailer. So we believe 20th Century Fox would produce our own film as it produces films of a similar genre to ours.

This is the branding campaign for X Men which 20th Century Fox produced and as you can see there is a similar look and feel in the poster and the teaser trailer.
